Year 2008 was a year full of “crisis” to me. “The global financial crisis”, “failure of sustaining my million dollar club qualification” and “the departure of invaluable business partners” really cracks down on me. I started asking myself should I continue to stay in insurance industry?
My opportunity came when my manager, James who introduced Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) to me when I was really lost. Many of my doubts were resolved after meeting Mr. Peter Tan, the chairman of Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) and I have become more confident about joining the top insurance agency in Singapore. Although it was a painful decision for me to leave my previous insurance company but I think I have made the right decision.
Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) is a big family with strong culture of Love, Trust and Respect, we learn and share with each other. I am really glad I am part of the organization now. I will do my part and contribute back to the organization helped me a lot! Visit me @ petertan.com.sg
